AUGUST 22 - Handicapped Toilets
Handicap toilets at secluded locations may not be utilized frequently and any neglectfulness in not turning off after use can mean days or weeks of undiscovered waste of electricity.
While the motivation of conservation is justifiable, ergonomics and safety should not be taken upon lightly.
There is caution in designing sensor-operated amenities for handicap people of special needs. And therefore an atypical duration of 30mins hold time brightness is deployed. The use of infra-red sensors to add insurance in human heat detection allows a static occupancy to be detected for prolong periods. The 30 minutes hold time extends itself when the detection occurs. These designs are done with careful thought and allows the patron to use public amenities with ease and confidence while being prudent and sustainable.
Pahlawan designs infrastructure motion sensors systems for energy conservation tailored to the use of the sites operation. Base on civil flow or occupancy nature, we configure a setup that allows the facility to conserve energy with no compromise of operations or patrons’ behaviour.
